Return and Cancellation Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

As a consumer in Australia, you have certain rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our services come with consumer guarantees including that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match descriptions provided.

If our services fail to meet these consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your workshop enrolment at any time. If you need to cancel your workshop enrolment, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop start date: Full refund (less any payment processing fees if applicable)
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the workshop start date: 75% refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop start date: No refund (except where required by Australian Consumer Law)

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the contact details provided below.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

Workshop Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future workshop session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original workshop date.

One free transfer per enrolment is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the workshop date. Additional transfers or transfers requested within 7 days of the workshop may incur a transfer fee of $15 AUD.

Digital Content and Access

Since our workshops include access to digital content such as recordings and downloadable materials, refund eligibility may be affected if substantial content has been accessed. However, we will always comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you have accessed less than 25% of the workshop content, you are eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined above. If you have accessed more than 25% of the content, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your circumstances and consumer rights.

Workshop Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be entitled to:

  • A full refund of all fees paid, or
  • Transfer to an alternative workshop session (if available)

We will provide at least 7 days' notice of cancellation where possible, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as illness, family emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. If you experience such circumstances that prevent you from attending a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible with details and supporting documentation if available.

We will review your case on its individual merits and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Transfer to a future workshop
  • Access to workshop recordings only

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Workshop name and date
  • Order or enrolment reference number
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process your refund or cancellation as soon as possible.

Disputes and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our refund or cancellation decision, you may:

  • Request a review of the decision by contacting us in writing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
  • Seek advice from Consumer Protection WA
