If our services fail to meet these consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may cancel your workshop enrolment at any time. If you need to cancel your workshop enrolment, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future workshop session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original workshop date.
One free transfer per enrolment is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the workshop date. Additional transfers or transfers requested within 7 days of the workshop may incur a transfer fee of $15 AUD.
Since our workshops include access to digital content such as recordings and downloadable materials, refund eligibility may be affected if substantial content has been accessed. However, we will always comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have accessed less than 25% of the workshop content, you are eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined above. If you have accessed more than 25% of the content, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your circumstances and consumer rights.
If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be entitled to:

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as illness, family emergencies, or other situations beyond your control.
